LVLX is not a medical provider, pharmacy, laboratory, or telehealth provider.

LVLX does not practice medicine. LVLX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, pharmacy services, lab testing, lab interpretation, clinical review, or medical decision-making.

LVLX does not intentionally collect, view, store, access, or maintain medical records, prescriptions, lab results, medical intake forms, clinical notes, treatment records, provider messages, or protected health information.

Any medical consultations, medical intake forms, prescriptions, lab results, pharmacy services, clinical communications, provider decisions, or healthcare-related records are handled by independent licensed third-party providers, telehealth partners, laboratories, pharmacies, or medical platforms according to their own privacy policies, HIPAA notices, consent forms, and applicable law.

Customers should not send medical records, prescriptions, lab results, diagnoses, symptoms, medical intake forms, or protected health information to LVLX customer support.

If you choose to use a third-party telehealth, lab, pharmacy, or medical service connected to or accessed through LVLX, you should review that third party's own privacy policy, HIPAA notice, consent forms, and terms of service.

LVLX is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, medical providers, labs, pharmacies, telehealth platforms, payment processors, or other third-party services.

07Telehealth, Pharmacy, Lab, and Medical Partner Data

If you use a telehealth, pharmacy, lab, testing, or medical service made available through a third-party partner, that third party may collect information directly from you.

That information may include health information, intake forms, prescriptions, lab results, provider communications, treatment information, pharmacy information, or other sensitive medical information.

LVLX does not control how independent medical providers, telehealth platforms, laboratories, or pharmacies collect, use, store, disclose, or protect medical information.

Any such information is governed by the applicable third party's own privacy policy, HIPAA notice, consent forms, and terms.

All medical consultations, prescriptions, treatment decisions, lab interpretations, and pharmacy decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers, laboratories, pharmacies, or medical partners.

08Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

LVLX may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, tracking technologies, and similar tools to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and evaluate marketing campaigns.

These tools may include platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, email tracking tools, advertising networks, or other analytics and marketing technologies if implemented.

Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional or service-related communications.

If you enroll as an LVLX partner, LVLX may collect and use information needed to create, manage, support, and administer your partner account.

This information may include name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information, sponsor or referral information, enrollment information, order activity, partner status, rank or qualification information, commission-related information, tax-related information if required, back-office activity, support communications, compliance records, and policy violation records if applicable.

Partner information may be processed through LVLX's back-office software, MLM software, payment systems, commission systems, communication platforms, or related service providers.

Partner information may also be used to administer the LVLX Compensation Plan, enforce partner policies, prevent fraud, process commissions, maintain compliance, and support partner accounts.

11How We Protect Personal Information

LVLX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include secure payment processing, access controls, account authentication, vendor review, encrypted connections where available, fraud monitoring, and internal data-access limitations.

However, no website, platform, payment system, email system, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. LVLX cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying LVLX promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

LVLX does not intentionally collect, view, store, access, or maintain:

• Medical intake forms.
• Clinical notes.
• Treatment records.

• Diagnosis information.
• Symptoms or medical history.

Customers should not submit this type of information to LVLX.

If such information is accidentally submitted to LVLX, LVLX may delete it, restrict access to it, or take other reasonable steps consistent with applicable law and business practices.

14Children's Privacy

The LVLX website is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

LVLX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If LVLX becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 13, LVLX will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

If LVLX implements a dedicated opt-out link, cookie banner, or privacy preference tool, you may also use that tool to submit your request.

LVLX will honor legally required opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

LVLX does not intentionally collect sensitive medical information, protected health information, lab results, prescriptions, or medical records.

Nevada residents may have the right to opt out of certain sales of covered information under Nevada law.

The LVLX website is intended for users located in the United States only at launch.

LVLX does not represent that its website, products, services, or privacy practices are appropriate or available outside the United States.

Deleting your account may limit or eliminate your ability to access order history, partner tools, subscription benefits, back-office access, or other LVLX services.

LVLX may update this Privacy Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
